$19.95* During high frequency traffic periods (delivery and sale periods) please allow up to three - five business days for processing (picking and packing orders) on all deliveries including the express delivery options. Additionally, please note that orders placed with express shipping are always dispatched with priority.
* Orders are processed Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays) from 7am - 3:30pm. Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched.
* There may be some instances where we need to reach out to you before we can proceed with dispatching your order. To prevent any delays, please kindly respond to any emails or messages from our team.
* Shipping times may vary based on your location, with shorter delivery times for Metro areas, compared to rural areas. Please ensure you take these additional time considerations into account when placing your order.
* Express orders placed weekdays before 2pm will leave our warehouse on the same day. Orders placed outside of these times will leave the next business day. Please note that this excludes high frequency sale periods.
* Please note that we cover all taxes and duties costs in Australia, New Zealand, the UK and USA. Shipping to the rest of the world may be subject to customs inspections and import duties and taxes unique to your country.
* All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
* Should you opt not to cover any additional fees, your package will be returned to us and you will receive a refund equivalent to the cost of your order, excluding any extra shipping charges imposed by the carrier.
